First he blames that no treatment has been done for stroke

Next he blames that it is not stroke quoting a doctor
//நரம்பியல் நிபுணர் ....அந்த டிஸ்சார்ஜ் சம்மரியை தூக்கி எறிந்து விட்டு சொன்னார் ...." உன் அம்மாவை நான் குணமாக்குகிறேன். ஸ்ட்ரோக் என்பதெல்லாம் பச்சைப் பொய் !!//

So which is true

If it is stroke, then what the second doctor said is wrong
If it is not a stroke, then the hospital was right in not treating stroke

??
