That is 

Countries with Less Cesareans have more Maternal Mortality. That is if you do less number of Cesareans, more number of mothers die during childbirth

If you do more number of cesareans, less number of mothers die during childbirth

Same way,  if you analyse the MMR of India from 1990 till today, you will find that the rate of MMR reduces as Rate of LSCS increases
